Welcome to Old Number 7 Studio’s. We are a small privately owned company that deals in computer repairs, builds, networking, installation and graphical design including business cards.

With our computer builds and installation; we will build a computer to your specs and send it to you or drop it off and install*** it ourselves! If your not quite sure what your looking for in hardware just let us know what you need it to do. All computers will have Ubuntu®*° pre-installed unless specifically told to install windows, Ubuntu is free of charge however windows will add 150-400 USD(For standard versions of windows)to the total cost of the build as microsoft only offers discounts to retail builders. The copy of windows will be yours to keep however in the original box and all. To give you an idea of cost, on the cheap end we can usually build a computer for around 300USD on the more expensive end the sky is the limit depending on how cutting edge you want to go. For example, my home pc cost me around 3200 to build (about 2.5years ago) however it still keeps up with and surpasses most of the top store bought models today regardless of price.

All computer repairs will be evaluated and given an estimate prior to any work done to the computer. There is a standard evaluation fee which covers 3 hours of evaluation time. If you choose to have repairs done the fee applies to the repairs and will not be added as an "extra" fee just for looking at your pc. So in fact you save your hard earned money by having the repairs done by us!

With our business cards and graphical designs; We do not print the cards but we do handle all the design and create them to your specific needs. We guarantee all of our work and back it up 100% along with keeping you in the loop with any design work we do. You receive regular copies of drafts when they are available*. We offer fair flat rate pricing options and are not afraid to negotiate pricing with you. We offer high quality work in everything we do. We accept paypal, personal checks**, business checks**, money orders and of course cash. Finished products will not be delivered until full payment is received, however after payment is made we will deliver the product to you in full. We will of course also offer the "master" editable files for a small fee, if you ever lose the file we will send it to you provided it is still stored on our servers generally forever. This service is free of charge.

*Drafts – Depending on work load draft availability may vary. We will however do our best to ensure you receive regular updates to how your product is coming along.

** Personal / Business Checks – Finished product will not be delivered until the check has cleared. If the check bounces you may be subject to fee’s by your bank.

*** Computer Installation has varying fee’s including but not limited to; hooking up the computer, any networking that must be done and/or adding a dedicated outlet from your main breaker box in your house. We will not add dedicated outlet’s in apartment buildings. Other restrictions may apply.

*° Ubuntu® is a version of the Linux® Operating system. Their motto is Linux for human beings. Ubuntu is a very friendly operating system that is similar in many way’s to both windows and mac. While it is possible for windows programs to operate on Ubuntu® it takes some modification which is not done by us. There are however many programs similar to those found on windows for Linux based operating systems and some windows programs can be "emulated" on Ubuntu.
